It was Katrina Kaif’s unique posing before the media at Farah Khan’s birthday party that had fuelled rumours of the Bollywood diva having indeed got engaged to heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor. Katrina who is usually good at posing was seen keeping her left hand firmly hidden inside her pant pocket. This gave rise to speculations that the actress was trying to shield her engagement rock from the media.
While there have been no strong efforts from either side (Ranbir and Katrina) to dispel the floating rumours, we decided to check with the lady who hosted the night, birthday girl Farah Khan herself. When asked if she had noticed any engagement ring on Katrina’s hand, Farah quipped, “I swear, Katrina didn’t shake hands with me. So I couldn’t notice her palm. She instead hugged me and I didn’t notice anything on her neck.” Farah also said that she couldn’t notice whether Katrina had an engagement ring or not as she (Farah) was busy dancing at her own party.
“I didn’t get the time to check her hand later as I was busy dancing,” Farah made an excuse.
Hmm…. now that’s a smart movie from Miss Kaif. Looks like she pulled off a Tees Maar Khan on her very director. Now, we will have to wait for the one with whom Katrina shook her left hand with.
